Have you seen all the Free Little Library boxes starting to pop up around Edmonton more and more? This movement is designed to help all readers of all ages and stages have easy access to reading material. Individuals or community groups create the boxes and you donate a book, take a book or share a book from any of these boxes.
It’s like finding treasure when you find a new one somewhere. I love watching for these when I am out showing buyers different neighborhoods.

These are a great way to share your books you no longer need. Next time you are looking for something to read, check out what may be in your local free little library or book exchange box. Let’s keep books out of the landfill.
Do you want to create a free little library for your neighborhood? I still have access to 2 old Real Estate Weekly news boxes that can be converted for free. Contact me quickly while they are available this week.
You can also look up free little libraries in your area to donate books you no longer want. It’s a great way to declutter your bookshelves.
Know of a library not listed here? Be sure to email me the location, or even a photo and I’ll add it to my list!
